Individual programming and coaching
Programming is the art and science of designing a training plan to help an athlete make progress toward a goal. We offer individual program design with ongoing coaching support. Train at your pace, on your schedule, from home or your local gym.
To get started, one of our coaches will set up an intro call to answer questions and discuss your needs, then write a training program for your unique situation and goals using the equipment you have available (no equipment required!).
Your training program is delivered via the TrainHeroic app, where we’ll also track your progress, find demo videos for each exercise, share your videos for analysis and chat with your coach.
Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned athlete, we’re here to help you succeed. Start today and experience the benefits of expert coaching, no matter the distance.
ALL THE RAGE LIFTING CLUB
All the Rage Lifting Club is a remote strength training group that gets expert coaching, team programming, video analysis, and an online community for members. You’ll receive clear direction in your training, and have a space to ask questions and connect with other lifters.
This membership is suitable for lifters of all levels who have access to some equipment like a barbell and plates or dumbbells.
While the program isn’t specifically geared toward powerlifting or bodybuilding, it incorporates movements from both disciplines to help you build strength, add muscle, move better, and make consistent progress in your lifts.
Team programming is delivered via the TrainHeroic app, where you’ll also track your progress, find demo videos and modification options for each exercise, share your videos for analysis and chat with your coach.
Three training sessions per week include warm-ups, strength training (via barbell or dumbbell), and accessory exercises. There’s also an optional 4th day for recovery and mobility work.
If you’re in search of guidance, community, and accountability, but aren’t nearby or can’t afford to join us in real life, please come rage with us. This club is for you!
