Lift: SQUATS – beginners work up to a heavy set of 3
intermediate/advanced find your new 3 rep max
Sweat: rowing 500m time trial OR
5 rounds farmer carry. Add weight each round.

Lift 1: SQUATS – technique review, then 3 sets of 3
Lift 2: DEADLIFT INTRO & PRACTICE – 5 sets of 5. Work up to a kinda heavy (7/10) set of 5 reps. Focus on quality reps. Do not break form to go heavier.
Mobility: Hips & hamstrings
