The Pact is shooting in our neighborhood. It’s the directorial debut for 30 Rock alum Kay Cannon and stars Leslie Mann, John Cena and Ike Barinholtz. May 2018 is the projected release date. Search #thepactmovie on IG and Twitter for entertainment news updates.
For the next two weeks, they are shooting scenes in the house next door to ours in Atlanta. We spend most of this week’s podcast discussing all the absurd scenarios in which I might meet John Cena and become his new training partner (because we both love lifting heavy stuff), and also how Leslie Mann and I become best friends.
So the likelihood of this movie shoot wrapping up while my dignity is still intact is not great. But at least we make some chedda’ by renting out our driveway to the crew and we’ll have some interesting tales to tell afterward.
