Early Equipment Check & Rack Heights: 6-8 pm

Saturday, May 6, 2017

One session, all lifters

6:30-7:30a: Equipment Check/Rack Heights

7-8:30a: Weigh-ins

8:15a: Lifter Rules Briefing

9a-3p: Lifting

Awards immediately following lifting

Spectator admission: $5

All spectator fees will be donated to the City of Refuge for use in their women’s programs at Eden Village 1, 2 & 3.
These shelters serve women in crisis with housing, medical, vision, dental and mental health care, vocational training, education and childcare solutions.

Lifters – please check email for your lifter bio & complete it by May 1!

Late registration for the Atlanta Women’s Open is still available until 12 midnight on Saturday, 4/22.
